About the Role
You will be responsible for installing and repairing garage doors, including roller doors, sectional doors, and tilt doors, as well as automating gates and commercial roller shutters. Customer service and education are key aspects of the role, reflecting our commitment to providing a holistic service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of various types of garage doors and gates.
- Providing excellent customer service and education.
- Ensuring all projects meet industry standards.
- Working independently with provided tools and equipment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Current driver’s license (manual truck provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in servicing and fitting/installing garage doors, gates, and shutters.
- Experience with sectional shutters is required.
- Background in construction, fitting, or mechanical work.
- Ability to work well under pressure, follow instructions, and show initiative.
