Established in 2008 by Peter & Karina Traill, PT Doors was born from a vision to lift the standard of the garage door service and installation industry.

A dynamic husband and wife duo, Peter began putting his Fitter and Turner qualifications to good use with several leading garage door manufacturers while Karina, backed by a Bachelor of Business Management, operated the marketing and sales functions of the business.

Driven to be different and to excel at every level of service, the pair quickly turned their skills and ambitions into a successful small business.

PT Doors has evolved to become a medium-sized business offering quality service Sydney-wide. Based in the Sutherland Shire, we strive to be the rising tide that lifts all garage door and gate service providers.

With a top-flight display centre, an extensive garage door factory and a dedicated team of experts, we are no longer a simple husband and wife duo.

However, we still embody the visionary approach that brought PT Doors to where it is today. That’s why we continue to support our local community through organisations like Nova Employment and Project Youth Menai – because we’re serious about supporting Australian households and giving back to our community.

Our PT Doors team continue to stay up to date with the latest garage door trends and gate technologies, while consistently investing in cutting-edge advancements.

As we continue to provide secure and appealing residential and commercial garage doors and gates to Sydney and beyond, we also maintain our support for the local community by sponsoring local clubs and organisations, such as Menai Hawks Football Club and Menai Roosters Junior Rugby League.
