We had a new Merlin Automatic Door Opener installed by PT Doors, from calling Matt in the office to organise purchase and installation was seamless. Order and installation were done the next business day, very quick 45 minutes all rubbish and old system taken away by Liam - Installer. Liam was excellent explained all the operational needs and warranty details. Very friendly and provided additional tips with looking after the whole system and to ensure I was checking the wires for threading. Peter did a professional job of replacing my dying swing gate motor with a Merlin + MyQ. The gate opens and closed very smoothly now. I would go with PT Doors again.
