ThermaDoor products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of installation. This covers defects in materials or workmanship caused during the lamination process. The warranty applies only to genuine ThermaDoor components that have been correctly installed and maintained according to care instructions. Issues caused by improper installation, natural damage or exposure to moisture and heat beyond normal use aren’t covered.
